The Department of Veterinary Medical Sciences (DIMEVET) of the University of Bologna he made the questionnaire within our LIFE MUSCLES project to continue to promote sustainable aquaculture and raise consumer awareness of the importance of responsible food choices for the health of the sea and our planet.

By participating in the questionnaire, you will contribute to the research that investigates the purchasing habits of farmed mussels and consumer preferences, the importance attributed to sustainability in purchasing decisions, the willingness of consumers to pay a premium for organically farmed mussels.
The answers will be valuable to better understand the preferences of Italian consumers and to support companies that want to adopt more environmentally friendly practices.
