At the Italian Oyster Fest there are several moments in which visitors have the opportunity to learn about the innovations that Life Muscles offers to the sector thanks to the involvement of our two project partners: from the Press Tour on Friday morning, with the visit to the plants and the stabler of the Cooperative, at the conference on Saturday afternoon, where president and director of the Mediterranean Aquaculturists Association, spoke about sustainability and technological development. Furthermore, during the three days, a stand is manned in Passeggiata Morin for the dissemination of materials and information on the many project actions such as the creation of a mobile recycling plant capable of operating directly on the farms and the involvement of local communities in events of citizen science and awareness.
